When should I apply for undergraduate courses in US universities for the summer intake i.e. August 2017 batch?

For 2017 batch, it is too late. Admissions are almost closed, but you might still find a few options. Visit university websites and check if deadlines are still on. You need to start the process a year ahead. You must take SAT, TOEFL and also visa process takes time after you get the admission offer

It will be hard as the IELTS score is very low, so chances for visa rejection and chances for getting offer letter from the university is blank.

Well both the countries offers more or less the same schemes. 12 to 6 months in Ireland depending, if you hold a level 8 or 7 degree. If in Switzerland, you have 6 months to look for a job and you cannot extend the 6 months work permit.
I will favor Ireland because you may have allowed to extend you

What should I do to get a nursing job in western countries? Which exam should I prepare for?

Hi Anusha,
Depending on which country you want to study you must clear licensing exams. You must also check if nursing jobs are available for international graduates as most countries require only citizens to apply for health related jobs.
