A one year Graduate Marine Engineering (GME) course after mechanical engineering will give license to enter merchant navy. This one year GME course is all you need to become a marine engineer after doing mechanical engineering.

Hi,
Go with M.Sc. in HR or environment management. Management line has more scope as compared to M.Sc. in science stream.

I suggest that you to pursue Masters in Kinesiology rather than a Post Graduate Diploma program. University of Calgary, University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo, and University of Waterloo are some of the universities that offer Masters in Kinesology.

Australia is a good option. You can also consider Germany for pursuing Masters in mechanical engineering.

The timeline is generally mentioned on their website and they are quick in taking their decisions if your application is complete and fulfill their criteria. You can write to the universities to know about the decision as well.
