Yes, basically most universities have their semesters from winter, if you appear in November for TOEFL then you can get the universities starting from summer.

mostly gre helps in getting a good scholarship but with good academics also there are certain scholarships which u can get in India check the dead site for more information.

To pursue MS in Germany you need a good grand TOEFL score and you need learn German language and also a good academics is needed to help you get a good college.

If you get admission, than surely you must go for it. The biggest merit is placement. You don't need to sit in India and wait for an opportunity that takes you to US. Rather you will get a wider scope of companies for your selection. God bless you.

but tht won't hold good for an international MBA
most foreign universities prefer a minimum of 2 years work experience
