Candidates who have passed or will be passing Class 12 are eligible to appear for the NPAT exam. NPAT exam is conducted for admission to BA, BBA, BCom, and BSc courses offered by different campuses of NMIMS. Candidates are selected for admission based on NPAT exam scores.

Sunandan Divatia School of Science (SDSOS) is one of the private institutes affiliated with NMIMS University . NMIMS is ranked 47 out of 200 Deemed to be universities by the NIRF, placing it fourth in Mumbai.
