At the doctoral level, Sunandan Divatia School of Science offers PhD programme across two specialisations. The minimum duration of this programme is three years and it can stretch up to a maximum of six years depending on the course work. Candidates have to choose a specialisation based on their specialisation at the postgraduate level.

NMIMS Sunandan Divatia School of Science admits students in the BSc course via the online entrance exam. The exam is conducted in an online mode. English Language, General Awareness, Reasoning Skills, Social Awareness, and Basics of Psychology are the topics that will be covered in the entrance test. The exam will contain 50 question with 50 marks. The exam will last for one hour (60 minutes) and question will be in multiple choice format.
