Students should keep the scanned copies of the following documents with them while filling out the JEE-Main application form.

• Valid email id and mobile number
• Academic details related to the Class 10 and Class 12 qualifying exams
• Scanned copy of the category certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned copy of the PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned photograph and signature as per the specification mentioned by the NTA
• Net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI details for application fee payment

Check below the steps to complete the JEE-Main application process.

1. Visit to the JEE-Main official website.
2. Create your user ID and password.
3. Login through your user ID and password.
4. Fill out the required details.
5. Upload the candidates scanned photograph and signature.
6. Upload the required scanned academic certificates and other documents.
7. Pay the application fee of INR 1,000 (for general category) or INR 500 (for reserved categories) for final submission of the application form.
8. Take the print of the acknowledgment slip for future reference.

The total course fee for IIIT Surat’s BTech programme is INR 5.65 lakh. The total tuition fee is collated from various unofficial sources. Hence, it is indicative.

To be eligible for Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat’s BTech programme, a candidate must pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and one out of Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational as an optional subject with a minimum of 75% aggregate.

IIIT Surat offers BTech programme across two specialisations:

1. Computer Science Engineering
2. Electronics & Communication Engineering

Candidates seeking admission to any of the aforementioned BTech specialisation must have a valid JEE-Main based on which the candidates will be selected for counselling process followed by document verification and fee payment.
