For B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIIT Surat, students will have to give JEE Mains examination. The last cutoff rank for general was around 85 thousand.  A master's degree in relevant field with at least 55 % marks is required to be eligible for the doctoral programme of applied physics offered by IIIT Surat. Entry tests and interviews shall also be part of the admission process.
