There is no MCA as such abroad, it's an Indian degree but you will find a similar Master's degree like Masters in applied computing, etc. PG Diploma courses are also available. You will find more options in Canada.

Different universities have different requirements. You can apply after completing your BCA. Try to score good grades. Take the IELTS. There may be university specific entrance exam so you have to check the websites.
