Is it advisable to join SITM, Pune for a B.Com student with no knowledge of technical subjects? I have got 87 percentile in SNAP.

To be honest we in SITM are taught technical from scratch. So there is not much issue. If so you are interested in telecom domain, give it a try.

Yes, you will have to carry your resume and supporting documents for the verification process to be conducted before the GE-PI-WAT round.

Dear Sumit, I'm not sure if you could get a call from a good Symbiosis college with this score. I'd rather suggest you to go for another chance next year and get some Workex in the meantime. This would further enhance your profile. All the best!

You have fair chances of getting into SITM with your marks. Just make sure you prepare well for WAT/PI.

As long as you have a good liking towards learning new technologies there is no harm in opting for SITM. If you wish to pursue career in pure finance I would advice you against joining SITM. A lot of CA students have been our alumnus but chose to stick with ICT domain in spite of having a chance to

I think you should register for SITM as soon as possible. Considering your relevant experience, you will receive a call from SITM.

Yes, there have been a lot of mechanical engineers passed out from SITM and have done very well. As long as you are good at grasping and understanding technology, it will not be tough. Both are taken into account.Valid experience can cover considerable ground for you if your SNAP score is on the lower side, but one has to really prove themselves in the interview once a call is received.
