Campus: Gram Lavale (Hilltop), Tal Mulshi, Pune

Average placement package: 23 LPA
Very good Alumni Network
Beautiful Hilltop campus which is the best in the country
Fees are slightly higher. Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, (SIMS)
Campus: Hinjewadi, Range Hills, Khadki, Pune
Average placement package 10LPA
Decent alumni network
Urban campus in an IT park area

Christ University is very strict regarding their rules, if you have the capacity to live in discipline, then I would suggest Christ as it does provide ample opportunites to learn.

No, you can get admission in SIBM-H or SIMC with less percentile than minimum cutoff percentile in the open category.

Profession of mass communication and journalism requires a big bucket of knowledge. So before buying books your first focus should be collecting as much as knowledge you can, that is possible if you daily read newspapers ad read simple NCERT books. Apart from this here I am suggesting some important books so that you can prepare yourself for journalism and mass communication entrance exams. First of all refer two publications - Arihant and Keval J. Kumar. These both are considered good for preparation. You will get a lot of content in their books. Mass communication in India by Keval J.
