With 13 months work exp you will be under freshers category according to norms. The highest package for fresher this year is 16 LPA.

For the batch 2014-16 which is the outgoing the composition is 52% experienced & 48% freshers. For our batch 2015-17 the composition is 80% Experienced & 20% freshers. This also you can expect that of the last year.
