Takshashila University admits students to its BCom course based on fulfilment of eligibility and selection criteria. As per the eligibility requirements, students who are interested in taking admission must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board of India. Students note that only fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission.

As per the official website of the university, candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with at least 50% marks in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics are eligible to apply for the BPharma course.

Takshashila University BSc eligibility criteria differ based on choice of course. Interested students can check the below information to learn the course-wise eligibility criteria for a few BSc courses:
- BSc in Chemistry/Physics: Completed their Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects
- Computer Science: Passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks with Mathematics as a compulsory subject
- AI & DS: Completed Class 12 with 50% or above
