The Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHM) in Chennai is a government institute. It was established in 1963 as a joint collaboration between the Government of India and the Government of Tamil Nadu. The institute is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism.
