To get admission for UG/PG/PhD in other state universities one needs to write AIEEA Examination conducted by ICAR for selection of students under JRF/SRF. In order to get the seats in TNAU there will be University entrance conducted by TNAU for home state that's Tamil Nadu students and for other state students separately. BITS Pilani CSE is better any day than VIT CSE. BITS Pilani CSE is on par with certain top IITs. However, VIT is way below in that range. No doubt, VIT is also a good college to pursue engineering, but when it comes to CSE, BITS Pilani is the place to be.
