But there are provisions for completion of degree in 1.5 years

There are famous training institutes like TIMES coaching institute, IMS and Career Launcher. Therefore, you can check with one of the institutes nearby you.

Vel tech is a decent university which is a better option for engineering when you don't get a good one among the affiliated colleges.
The college might be a little strict but it is good in terms of teaching, infrastructure and placements.
To say Just for CSE, it is a good college.
