56 is a good score in TANCET. For your information, I would like to give you an information that last year, the last cutoff under BC quota to get admission in PSGIM is 56. So based on this fact, I cannot guarantee your admission in PSGIM, however, the chances are more. It still depends on the student choices of MBA colleges this year.

Anna University has released notification for admission to the MBA Programme through Distance Mode. Anna University Conducts Distance Education Test (DEET) for admission to MBA course for the Calendar year 2018 Batch:
Eligibility Criteria:
(I) A Pass in any Bachelor degree
(II) A pass in Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by the CDE, Anna University, Chennai/Valid TANCET score card
*The Bachelor's Degree must have been obtained after +2 or equivalent
Selection and Admission Procedure:
Candidates who are provisionally eligible for admission will be informed through counselling call letter based on their rank obtain

Attend the counselling. TANCET Counselling 2018 will be conducted in the month of June 2018. Candidates, those who pass the TANCET 2018 exam have to appear in the counselling process to get admission into Anna University, Government, private and Self-financing Colleges in Tamil Nadu. Candidates will be called for the counselling based on their rank secured in the entrance examination. Candidates will be informed through counselling call letter for admission followed by the counselling process. Candidates can attend the counselling in person along with all original documents with Demand Draft for paying the first semester fee

Depends upon your caste status. Actually, 37.33 is not that good score if you are from a BC. If you have luck, you will get Measi Institute of Management, I guess. It depends on your branch.
