Hi Dinesh,
The cutoff varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff.

Yes, you can get admission in TSM through TANCET exam counseling or direct admission into TSM if you apply earlier.
CAT, MAT, XAT and CMAT scores are also accepted.

Well, your TANCET score is low for a good MBA college. Probably try next year. All the best.

Prefer Anna University, as it has good reputation and name for several courses. Second option, you can keep for PSG. Anna University is top in Tamil Nadu.

Eligibility requirements for part-time MBA programs are quite similar to the requirements seen in full time MBA programs. Just that these programs are designed for working professionals with at least two years of work experience.
Candidates will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. They would also need GMAT or other entrance exam scores, essays, recommendation letters, a resume, and a personal statement.
However, in many colleges that offer direct admission, aspirants will not be required to submit GMAT or other entrance test scores.
