Yes, you are almost eligible to become a TGT teacher as you have done B.Com and B.Ed but you also have to clear CTET (central teacher eligibility test ) to become a teacher. After clearing it, you can easily apply in schools for being a teacher.

Candidates who have also secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Masters Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science, etc. Are also eligible to appear for NET. The Other Backward Classes belonging to non-creamy layer/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe/ persons with disability category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Masters degree or equivalent examination are eligible for this Test.

Yes, of course you are qualified to apply for a position as a secondary school teacher in a government school. However, you are eligible to apply for the position of secondary school English teacher. This is because your master's is in English literature. The majority of government exams, like the DSSSB for example, demand that applicants hold a master's degree in the field in which they are submitting their application in secondary school. This means that you can apply for a PGT position using your degree as a qualification. If you want to teach 5th to 8th grade, you can apply for either English or your graduation subjects.

Yes, of course, you are eligible for teaching anywhere in India as you have passed the Central Teachers Eligibility Test, CTET and also possess a D. El. Ed. Degree. So go and try for some teaching jobs like TGTs.

As you have given the CTET exam then you must have a B.Ed. Degree. And hence you are eligible to apply anywhere for becoming a teacher if you have successfully passed the CTET entrance exam.
