For teaching class 11th and 12th, You have to do Bachelor's degree and then do Master degree with at least 50% marks and you will be called PGT.
•Then enroll your self to a B.Ed course. Complete teaching internship
•After B Ed get CTET/ STET ( Central teachers eligibility test/ state teacher eligibility test). You are eligible to become a teacher.
If you will take CTET then you are eligible to become teacher in any state of India otherwise if do STET which is state specific then you will be able to teach only in that state.

It may prove hard to become a KVS (Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan) teacher because the two are mainly used for the communication, so it may require becoming a proficient in the usage of Hindi and English media to teach. The eligibility criteria include various teaching roles like Trained Graduate Teacher and Post Graduate Teacher, that the main requirements are that teaching must be done with either or both media Hindi or English.
Although reading and writing skills are good, Hindi speaking is necessary to get involved in classroom communication and in interactions with students.

Eligibility for obtaining B.Ed through IGNOU after D.El.Ed.
IGNOU has laid down certain eligibility parameters for getting admitted to a BEd here. Besides completing graduation, one also needs to have a minimum of two years of teaching experience from a recognised school for applying to it.
Going by your information, as you have D.El.Ed from IGNOU already, undergraduate qualification is imperative for pursuing further studies in B.Ed.
Thus, if satisfied by these parameters mentioned here, he/she will be able to enroll for the B.Ed programme at IGNOU.

As an MSc in Food Technology pass out, you can clear the NET conducted by either UGC or CSIR to become an assistant professor in Indian universities and colleges. The UGC NET exam only tests eligibility for teaching positions in such disciplines as food technology. Some states conduct their own levels of exams, such as SET (State Eligibility Test), whereby you can apply depending on the state you choose to work in. Clearing these exams makes you eligible to apply for assistant professor positions in all the institutions of India. Furthermore, research experience also adds to your eligibility.
