B.Tech students can choose B.Ed. But according to their background, it's better they prefer for MBA or other technical courses. Thanks.

If you have misplaced your application no. You can recover it easily by visiting the official NTA website and following easy procedure.
1. Visit the official NTA website and click on Admit Card link.
2. Then click 'Forgot Application Number'.

As you are from medical background, you should do the course which will be beneficial for your career. So, it's better you try for other medical related course instead of B.Ed.
