It depend for which university you are going to apply whether regular or distance. In general, admission starts from July, but firstly there are entrance exam conducted.

It depends on where you are applying. For example, if you are applying in school for the post of teacher then show B.Ed degree or if in any company then accordingly you may show for the position you are going to apply.

For B.Ed, you must have 50% marks in your graduation. However, if you are from OBC or SC, ST category. You can then apply with 40%.
