No, BE and B.Tech candidates are not eligible for the UGC NET exam.

Hi,
It is a full time course. Course duration is of 2 years and fees will be Rs 1.36 Lacs. Total seats are 95 for this course. Wish you good luck.

Hello,Yes, you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET December 2019. You can also go for UGC NET Apply Online 2019 procedure by filling the form till 9th October 2019. But make sure you will qualify M.Com within two years otherwise after qualifying the JRF you will not be eligible to use UGC NET cert
