The National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET Exam for Electronic Sciences. To prepare yourself for this exam you have to follow some guidelines. Here you can check some tips to qualify the UGC NET Exam -
As you have chosen the Electronic stream to appear in the NTA NET Exam, firstly download its updated syllabus. The updated syllabus is available on the official website of NTA NET.
After getting the syllabus and starting preparation for the exam, check the complete exam pattern. There are two Papers in the UGC NET Exam I. e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is common for all the UGC NET Subjects whereas the syllabus of Paper 2 will be completely based on Electronic Sciences. You have to give importance to both these papers to qualify the UGC NET Exam. You will have to search best study material for paper 2 as it is hard to get subject wise quality study material. You can get an idea about the important topics from the last few years question papers of UGC NET.

Yes, you should take B.Sc and B.Ed courses combined after Class 12th Science to become a Science teacher. You are eligible to become a teacher in government school, for that you need to do 1 year B.Ed programme from any recognized university and after that you have to apply for TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) entrance exam. Here's the eligibility criteria for TET exam
Candidate needs to be graduate in any stream. Minimum 50% of marks needed in order to get admission. In some institutes/universities admissions took place on basis of written test. After completing B.Ed course you need to qualify the TET entrance examination in order to get Teacher Job in Government school. If you do M.Sc after B.Sc. Then, you also have a chance to become professor in Government colleges. After completing M.Sc course you need to appear and qualify in CSIR NET exam which is conducted by UGC. Eligibility Criteria for CSIR NET:
Candidates completed their Master degree with minimum 55% are eligible to apply for CSIR NET exam. Applicants age should be less than or equal to 28 years for Junior Research Fellowship. There is no age limit for Lectureship. Hope it helps.
