In CTET you have to secure 55% marks, if you are in reserved category, otherwise you have to secure 60% Marks.

Yes, you can duo B.Ed without attending classes and appearing only for partials and exams. There are many institutes which allow B.Ed from distance. And, there are many institutes where attendance is not a bar.
