You can join B.Ed, but if you want to do this course with job, you have an option for that.
This is an Open University established by an act of legislature for benefit of students who are not in a position to attend regular college. It seems that the university indeed is offering single subject Bachelor's degree. But, then many universities across India also offer single subject BA. Do don't worry. Well, it varies from college to college as some of the colleges consider Physical education in best four subjects, but in this college, you can try using physical education.
