After B.Ed, you could join as a teacher somewhere. If you are interested in further studies then go for Ph.D or you can do M.Phil course.

It is not compulsory for applicants to give CET. You should have passed any Bachelors or Masters degree in any field from any other university recognized by UGC with at least marks decided by State of Maharashtra or NCTE.

UGC NET exam is held twice a year for the selection of candidates for assistant professor and JRF by national testing agency. The UGC NET Exam is held for 81 different subjects.
