Some colleges in Dehradun offer admission in B.Ed on the basis of marks obtain in graduation or post graduation while for some colleges you have to give an entrance test (DCAST). Here is the list of colleges which offers B.Ed in Dehradun:

Yes, of course, you need to focus mainly on NCERT books and along with that, you need to do constant practice of questions as practice is the key to qualify NEET. Also, along with it, go through the previous years question papers to get an insight into the NEET exam.

Yes, of course, there is Junior Research Fellowship in music also as UGC conducts NET entrance for the music subject also so you can give exam for the same.
