Eligibilty as per on website of Integral University:
A candidate must have passed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized Board.
Admission Procedure:
Admission will be based on merit.
A course wise merit list will be called for counselling,which eventually would lead to the admission.

Yes, you are eligible if you are also completing the minimum percentage criteria I. e. 50% for reserved categories and 55% for unreserved categories.

The fees of B.Ed in private colleges is around 1.5 Lacs to 2 Lacs for the whole course, but in government college it is much lesser. Rest for information in college that offer B.Ed are :
