UGC NET and CSIR NET exam basically conducted to select candidates for teaching as assistant professor and for research as JRF. The candidates can apply for subject of their post graduation so you can apply for UGC NET exam. If you are in reserved category, you are eligible. As minimum percentage for reserved category is 50% and for unreserved category is 55%. Good luck.
