BTC is Basic Training Course done to teach primary classes in government schools i.e. class 1 to 5. B.Ed is Bachelor in Education and helps you to teach in TGT or PGT level i.e. from 6 to 12. If you are a graduate or post graduate and a B.Ed then you can teach in higher sections. It is your choice which level you want to teach. I would suggest you to go for B.Ed course.

Yes, AUCET is a compulsory criteria for admission in Andhra University for all the courses available. Further, experience is a mandatory eligibility criteria for M.Ed students.

For B.Voc, you have to take entrance test. B.Voc require minimum 55% in 12th class. Its average starting salary is INR 14,000-18,000.
