Yes, your class 12th marks would be considered for any graduation course. But how much weightage the college gives would depend on various factors.

The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is a BA, B.Sc or B.Com from a recognised board/university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level. Your graduation result should be out before admission.

For applying in CTET exam, you must have either degree or Diploma in education, otherwise, qualifying CTET exam has no meaning.
