Ivy Leagues are quite competitive as you might know. They not only prefer students with good academics but also students who have a well-developed portfolio. In addition to excelling in academics, you must have solid extracurriculars, state or national level projects, sports, writing, music whatever is of your interest so that universities know you have a solid profile and won't go wasted. You can target a score above 1450.

You should opt B.A. English + B.Ed. + M.A. English. It will increase your chances for becoming a teacher who will teach higher class. For PRT (1-5), you have to qualify TET exam of primary level & for class 6-8, you have to qualify TET exam of upper primary level. For TGT, you have to qualify TGT exam. For PGT, you have to qualify PGT exam. For becoming a professor, you have to qualify NET exam.
Good luck.
