Hi,
IGNOU’s B.Ed entrance test will have two parts A and B. There will be total of 100.
Part A is compulsory for all and out of Part B only one subject needs to be attempted.
Part-B of the examination is based on the curriculum of IX and X classes which is as prescribed by the NCERT or CBSE.

Preparation tips: For General Knowledge, you can start following the daily news on television and by regularly reading the newspaper. For teaching aptitude, you can refer to various books that are available at book stores and also available online. Refer to past question papers and try to solve them

VELS University B.Ed is approved by NCTE and the university has been granted the status of deemed university by UGC.So, B.ed is definitely eligible for TET and CTET.
