NET exam is mandatory to become assistant professor in college level. Some universities/institutes hire MBA graduates with industry experience for teaching. But In National level for Government colleges clearing NET exam is mandatory. You have another option pursue Mphil/Ph.D in any reputed university. You can get fair chances for teaching. All the best for your future.

The eligibility criteria for B.Ed admission in UPRTOU is given below:
Educational qualification:
Candidates should have completed teachers education programme by a conventional method from an NCTE recognized institute or are appointed as a teacher in primary schools can apply.
Or
Candidates should have done graduation or post graduation in any discipline with minimum 50%( for SC/ ST 5 % relaxation) aggregate marks from a recognized university.
