B.Ed M.Ed is a three year integrated programme in Education.

Eligibility criteria: PG Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/other relevant disciplines from a recognised University/Institute (criteria in case of University of Mumbai). Minimum aggregate marks/grade required is 55% or equivalent grade.

Admission process: Merit based admission process, depending upon the marks scored in relevant entrance test and qualifying examination. The best institute for this course is Indian Institute of Teacher Education, Gujarat and LPU Jalandhar.

No, you can't do B.Ed in special education or masters without graduation. You can do Diploma course after class 12th .Regards.
