Yes, you can apply for UGC NET exam, if your Diploma/degree/certificate from a foreign university is equivalent to a Masters degree of recognized Indian universities from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. But to appear for the exam, you need to score minimum 55% aggregate marks (For General) or 50% aggregate marks (For OBC/SC/ST/PwD) in post-graduation. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc ) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks. Admission to B.Ed is done through entrance exam conducted by various states and institutions. For M.Ed, B.Ed. from recognized institution with at least 50% marks is eligible to apply for this course.
