If the course is available, then of course, you can do it. But I would not suggest pursuing an Integrated course as it you will have to commit to it and you may not be able to change it later. Hence, I would suggest thinking about it before you take admission.

You should pursue B.Sc. As it is more research-based and has more theory than B. Des. B.Sc. Candidates are considered eligible for the teaching profession.

Yes, of course, you can apply in UGC NET for M.Sc. Biotechnology. All graduates in Science are eligible for UGC NET exam.

Fresher candidates having break of studies for more than two years would not be eligible for admission.
No break of studies for Deputed candidates.

That is not possible. You will have to clear all subjects and receive passing certificate to take admission in another course.

CTET forms are closed right now for the 2018, you can go for 2019. The CTET exam is conducted by central board of secondary education to determine the eligibility criteria of the candidates who want to get a job in the CBSE affiliated schools as a teacher.
