Hello,
If you have completed Masters in any of the subject you can apply for the UGC NET Exam. The eligibility to appear in the UGC NET exam is as follows:
There is no age limit to appear in the UGC NET Exam and to apply for the lectureship programme.

You have completed your Masters in chemistry subject then you are eligible to appear in the CSIR NET Exam. The CSIR NET Exam is conducted for the aspirants from the science background whereas the UGC NET Exam is conducted for the candidates from the arts, humanities and commerce background.

Different colleges have different intake policies. In DU colleges, some have 50 seats and some 100 seats in B.Ed and 25% seats are for reserved category.
