The only way by which you can do your B.Ed is through distance or correspondence. You can go for the colleges like Kurukshetra University (Kurukshetra), Maharshi Dayanand University (Rohtak) or Annamalai University.

Yes, B.Ed Degree is valid in anywhere in India for any govt exam. It doesn't depends on PTET.

Yes, you can start teaching with an M.Com degree but for growth and getting good government scale salary you will be required to complete. B.Ed. In case, you intend to pursue a career in the noble profession of teaching then I would advice you to first complete your B.Ed & then start your career in teaching. All the best for your future.

You can get the question paper in any of the leading publication (the latest one) like Arihant or any other books of your respective subject. And if any of your friend has appeared for the recent NET July 2018 exam then you can ask for him or her with the help of his roll number and application number.
