The basic eligibility for CTET 2018 is graduation or a 2-year Diploma in elementary education with minimum 45-50% marks. So, you can't apply.

It is accepted by Mumbai University, and I don't have idea about any other universities in Maharashtra. Good luck.

Admission to B.Ed. Is done through entrance exam conducted by various states and institutions. Admission of candidates is subject to Cut Off released by the respective university subsequent to the B.Ed. entrance exam.
