Certainly no, if you are asking about high school level or college professor. Because, for that you have to have honors graduate and Masters in mathematics and more if necessary. But, with commerce, you can't have these degrees. But, if you are talking about private tuition and primary school level,

Hi,
The applicant should be a teacher possessing Graduation/Post Graduation Degree with 55% (50% marks in case of SC/ST) with two years teaching experience in a Government or Government recognized school located in the territorial jurisdiction of the University and within the State of Himachal Prades
