It is not a mandate to have passed CET exam to apply for B.Ed. The eligibility criteria to apply is completed graduation or post graduation with 50% (45% for ST, SC, OBC, VJNT candidates) marks from any recognized University are eligible to apply.
Candidates completed B.Com, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Agriculture, BBI, Pharmacy, Law, Fine Arts Performing Arts, Music, Dance, Drama with 55% (50% for reserved category candidates) marks at graduation or post graduation are also eligible to apply.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for B.Ed, if you have scored 50% marks in graduation.

If you are in general category, then the cut-off mark is 52 out of 80, otherwise if you belong to SC/ST category then the cut off is 37, and if you belong to OBC category, then 42 is the cut off.
