You need not do D.El.Ed as you have completed B.Ed. D.El.Ed is required for those teachers who are teaching in the government schools without any training.

Yes, you can do B.Ed. It will be easy for you, as you have completed applied psychology, which is a special paper in B.Ed, as child psychology or education psychology.

No, you need not do D.El.Ed again. It is for untrained teachers. At the same time, you can approach your authority to promote your level as you have done B.Ed.
