I am not sure where you are studying and what is the context of this question, it certainly sounds bizarre that your professor is asking you to cheat. Having said that, I am also aware that certain institutes allow open book/notes exams where students are allowed to refer to book and/or notes during the examination. I guess the objective being, with availability of all resources at your disposal, how well would you perform. Needless to say, in order to make effective use to books/notes, you should know what and where to refer and that in turn means you would have at least been through the books and notes once, if not more.

Admission process for B.Ed for 2017-18 is already over. You can take admission through online procedure. You should prepare for next session. Almost, every university starts its admission procedure during the month of May.

B.Ed can be done after the completion of graduation and D.El.Ed is a four years integrated course after class 12th.

As you have completed B.Ed already, you need not do D.El.Ed again.

Marks scored in graduation are considered to apply for B.Ed, not Master's degree. 50% for general category and 45% for reserved category. So, you are not eligible for B.Ed.
