Of course you can. There are different universities abroad offering really varied types of courses. But unfortunately such information has to be obtained individually. I would advise you to approach an agency specialising in this area. There are very many nuances in whole process and you must get them all right.

The minimum score required for admission in B.Ed is 50% either in Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
