Dear,
You are B.Sc honors with B.Ed so it is natural that if you like to proceed further study - it is M.Sc.
Now, you are thinking for alternative course LLB, and in a fix which one will be better. I think your confusion may work out of insecurity in terms of placement. It is common. You may think if you come to legal profession after LLB, there will be opening a separate legal professional path and your dependency on the job will be minimized. I believe it should work because, "Deemed University" is a status of autonomy granted to high performing institutes and departments of various universities in India. It is granted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. However, many deemed universities are allowed to award degrees under their own name.

The minimum eligibility criterion for admission to B.Ed is that you must be a graduate in any discipline. You must either have a Bachelor of arts (BA) or Bachelor of science (B.Sc) or Bachelor in commerce (B.Com) from any recognised university with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Also, if the student has completed their postgraduate degree, then minimum 55% marks in aggregate is the criterion.
