No, you can do BP.Ed only after graduation. BP.Ed is a second degree program of 1 year and first degree has to be of minimum 3 years.

B.Ed through distance mode is available only for the in-service teachers who are in payroll of a government recognized school, if you are reaching off the record, you are not eligible for private institutes.
