It totally depends on you. If you think that you will go in the teaching line, then you must do B.Ed after B.Sc, but if you want to do research opt for M.Sc.

For B.Ed, yes there is an entrance exam but for M.Sc, it depends on your graduation percentage and cut-off percentage.

Yes, definitely.
M.Com will help you upgrade your qualification as it would be a post graduate degree. B.Ed. can be done through distance in case you are pursuing M.Com to help you get a job in teaching.

If MBA in Marketing is your target educational qualification then it does not matter whether you do BCA or B.Sc. You may choose graduation degree based on your interests.

You can teach subjects studied at BA level, to the high school students. I would suggest English because it is always a primary subject for India and we can get jobs easier, with English. But, you can train yourself for all subjects, by an in-depth study.

Don't ask anyone for this.
Others can only tell you the benefits of all the three professions, but you have to decide the better one.
In the studies of Doctor, you have to work hard & study too much.
Banking job is really good. But the work pressure is sometimes really high.
Yes, teaching job is also a good choice.

I order to pursue M.Phil, a candidate needs to have Master's degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (for Languages a minimum of 55% marks) or as prescribed by UGC.
