There are institutes like WABS TALK, inlingua and British council that offer English speaking courses. Other than that, please buy a book called Rapidex, read and work on it religiously for three months. Try watching some English TV series with subtitles like 'Friends'. If you know a friend who knows English well, practice talking to him and ask him to point out your mistakes.
Best of luck. I hope this helps.

It depends on what your priorities are. If you want to start your career as a teacher then go for B.Ed first. Then you will be eligible for TGT posts. But if you want to continue into research field then you should opt for an M.Sc and then try for a Ph.D. All the best for your future endeavors!

For career in education field, you are supposed to pursue BA in required discipline and then go for a 2 year B.Ed course, which will make you eligible for primary school teaching.
For secondary, you need to do post-graduation as well as B.Ed.

Dear,
You need to complete B.Ed programme and then, you can apply for school level jobs because every next school in India require B.Ed as a eligibility for their vacancy.
Otherwise, you can apply for lecturership with your master and PhD degree.
All the best.
