These are two different fields, dealing with both at the same time can prove to be difficult. If you want to get in the teaching line then opt for B.Ed along with a subject similar to MCA.

In order to pursue M.Phil candidates needs to have Masters degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (For Languages a minimum of 55% marks) as prescribed by UGC.
Please make a note that eligibility may vary from institute to institute.

Most of the colleges offer 2 year course but there are some which offer one year B.Ed course.

Yes, after completion of the course or in the final year you are eligible to write NET exam. Until then just wait and prepare.

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) is a category of teachers which are qualified to teach the students of senior classes in 10+2 schools. Eligibility criteria for PGT in the majority of schools is the post-graduate degree in the subject of expertise and B.Ed. For example, to teach mathematics in senior classes, a PGT teacher is required to have educational qualification of at the minimum M.Sc in maths and B.Ed.
